I am on 4.46.1 to play online for GTA 5.
When I go to switch to DEX in Toolbox, it says "Install REBUG REX EDITION to access these functions." which I'm already on that firmware.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

(I have switched from CEX to DEX many times before.)

Exactly had the same problem. You need to update or remove and reinstall the rebug toolbox. That did the job for me.
Make sure it's correct version of rebug tool box.

I'll try updating but I don't think it will affect it. I'm pretty sure it's the latest update.

Edit: Wow haha thanks bro, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it works!
