Well your in the right section. If you still have a ps3 on 3.55 fw or below all you have to do is install the CFW of choice, if not you'll have to downgrade using and E3 flasher or one that's compatible with your ps3. Do some searching in this section, there are plenty of tutorials telling you exactly what you need and how to go about it.
