Whenever you have a game that you are sure has the debug eboot, and it won't show up in the kernal explorer, you need to reboot your PS3 using the target manager.

On the target manager, find the reboot option at the time somewhere.

MAKE SURE IT IS SET TO BOOT TO SYSTEM SOFTWARE MODE otherwise you get a scary black screen with some funky text. It's fixable but still scared me the first time I seen it :p.

Try to play the game, reboot using target manager, the game should show up that time. I had to reboot from the target manager every time I shut my machine off or the game froze so it's only a fix for that one session. Not sure how to make it stick.

reboot you mean like shut down from target manager, and them power up mannualy?

No, there is a restart option on the manager.

I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS IN THE RIGHT SECTION. SORRY IF NOT.

Heres what i do to RTM/RTE on 4.50ita DEX CFW

Start my ps3
Connect my ps3 to pc with Ethernet
Open target manager
connect to my ps3 with target manager
LauNch PS3ITA Manager v1.51
Exit out of PS3ITA Manager v1.51
Replace the EBOOT.BIN file of the game i want to rtm/rte with a debug EBOOT.BIN
Wipe history with PSNinja_v4
Sign in to PSN & RTM/RTE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My debug settings are:

Release Check Mode: Development Mode
Boot Mode: System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug: Single Settings
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: I HAVE TO OPEN PS3ITA Manager v1.51 then exit it to sign into PSN or else it'll say "An error has occured you have been signed out of PSN" & when im on Dual Settings I don't have to open/close PS3ITA Manager v1.51.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ALSO MY NETWORK SETTINGS ARE WIRELESS FOR BOTH MY LAPTOP & PS3.

No reason that this needs to be open anymore.
