What I am making this thread today for is simple. My old, CID banned PS3 slim console is on OFW 4.41, I think, and I was wondering... Why not jailbreak it? So, I researched a little, found out this console is able to be downgraded with an E3 flasher, or whatever they are called, I'm going to be paying someone to to do it for me, and downgrade it down to 3.55 OFW.

Now, when he ships it back to me, I want to have everything I need to get started. Basically what I am going to be doing with it, is mostly modding GTA V, preferably .RPF mods, so I am going to need a CEX firmware, anyone know what the best one is? If someone could comment a thread link to the one they think is best for CEX, please comment.

Next thing is going to be all the tools needed, like multiMAN, FTP manager/connecter (when I was last on CFW, it was blackb0x). If someone could tell me those up-to-date tools, please comment links to them as well. By the game I get the money for the service, etc. there will be updates on GTA V, so I am not going to be asking for the .pkg links for any update, etc.

Also, I will need 3.50 Spoofer (to be able to data transfer,I think.)

Also, for future reference... I will be doing ALL mods FREE! I will not charge for majority of my services.

Which one should I download? REX Edition, or LITE Edition?(Rebug firmware)

I can install this straight from 3.55 OFW, correct? Don't want to run into any troubles(bricked ps3, etc.)
