I already own a PS3 Slim with 250GB HDD and this Console is a NOR. Now is the question what would be the best Solution? Find someone who can Jailbreak the NAND ?
Jailbreak my NOR PS3 or sell the NAND and Jailbreak the NOR so then I got 1 PS3.

Well its safe to jailbreak any of them, but most cases of YLOD are from fat ps3s. I would jailbreak a slim, but you can choose what you like. Id recommend a slim though
