you cat jailbreak unless your on fm 3.55 and below then you can update to 4.50 jailbreak all others are fake and can brick your ps3 you cant go from 4.50 ofw to 4.50 cfw. cfw=custom firmware or also known as jailbreak.

for got to mention you can downgrade with a hardware flasher such as an e3 flasher but it requires a certain models.
