My PS3 is on a REBUG 4.46.1 DEX REX and i can't go online. I get error "An error has occured, you have been signed out of PlaystationNetwork (8002A224)"
I have installed PS3ita Manager 1.40.

Please help me.
And sorry for my broken English.

you either have a banned console ID or you have to change region of the ID by using the rebug toolbox
Rebug Toolbox > Utilities > Change Active PS3ID > EID5 CEX then go Sign in.

I change Console ID in PS3ita and work's fine. Thank you for help.
