I would first go onto Rogero 3.55 v3.7CFW to jailbreak and then install QA flag. Hope you have a working blu-ray drive.
After QA flag install Rogero 4.50 v1.01

Download the PUP and rename it as PS3UPDAT.PUP

Place it on the USB like this: PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP

Install the PKG and run Qa flag. Ps3 should beep 3 times and then restart
How to make QA settings appear in XMB.
In XMB, Scroll down and hover over "Network Settings" do not go into it
Hold L1+L2+L3+R1+R2+down on the dpad
to make the QA settings appear.

And last install to the latest CFW

one thing i forgot to say is my ps3 is already jailbroken on 3.55 CFW. i have modded mw2 and stuff. so how would i install Rogero 4.46? just put the PUP on my usb and then go to system update then install from usb? and the reason why im trying to do this is to install/play call of duty ghosts. then install Rogero 4.50, since it is the latest and greatest
You can either do it from XMB or safe/recovery mode
MAKE SURE You HAVE no disc in the blu-ray when you update buddy.
