This gentleman asking for help has a 4k Super Slim. He will not be able to downgrade, regardless of what firmware he is on. Even on your link, there is no mention of 4K on there. The last manufactured PS3s that can be downgrade are the 25k before 4/2011. THAT IS IT!!!!!!!!
So, going back not all PS3 can be downgraded/jailbroken.

The only thing you can do with that 4K is buy Cobra or 3K3y ODE to run backups.
If you're looking for a correct PS3 to JB or downgrade, look for 20XX,21XX or even 25XX.
Just make sure the 25XX can be downgrade by checking the DATE CODE
