I have the same problem , im on rebug 4.65.1 , with your solution I can get online but the setting in rebug toolbox resets he's self everytime it doesnt stick why is this? And if i try to mod safe using psn patch and then go in rebugtoolbox and change the settings it says theres some problem with my console id , probably because I spoofed it?
