Im curious,

1. Where can I find mod Menus for WAW and BO2 that work both off and online?
2. How do I install

Ive been lurking for a while and see mixed posts on having to have a DEX console to mod, some people say you do, others say you dont. Im looking for concrete info.
I also know the risks of a ban and take full responsibility if I were to be banned. Just looking to have some fun with friends.

WaW has patches you can install, BO2? I duno about on cex but there's one for dex. Can't really 'truly mod' without going DEX since that's where all the fun is at. But as far as I know, there's a tool/plugin released that lets you rtm on cex but yeah about it I guess.

I assume by patch you mean an update via USB? If so, link?

No a patch is a menu

No, well.. there's usb mods but anyone can do that really, but I mean a real mod menu patch (challenge lobby) you can install via ftp.

Try browsing though that, if you find one make sure it's not a cfg/usb mod but a patch.ff

Sorry, Im literally a NOOB. After 6 months of reading and actually downgrading/JB'ing my own console you would think I learned more but thats it.

I dont know what FTP is, EBOOT, or anything like that. NO IT backround here so trying to take any short cuts I can. Every other forum, people act like jerks and dont help.

I was recommended here by ZOMBIEKILLAH from ps3hax and he said you guys may be a little more helpful/patient.

So sorry if these seem like dumb questions, just a beginner here.

My goal, get online with B02 and mod zombies (god mode, no clip) and host modded lobbies on WAW with all the silly mods like super jump, flying and all that good stuff lol.

Yes it is a good site for stuff like this but im not the best person to help with this, im sure someone will help you soon , but NGU has been kinda dead atm like every other forum.
