No you cant install pkgs on kiosk fw. Only thing you can do is bypass games updates.

Nothing really. Think you can install retail packages and bypass updates that's it.

No mods though?

You can go on Ebay get it downgrade for a prize, Or you can buy a E3 Flasher to downgrade, There is no way to be able to mod 4.XX Without having to downgrade your 4.50.

You can't install a CFW (Jailbreak) over a 4.50 OFW (Official firmware) the last firmware that was "hackable" was 3.55, they fixed the exploit in 3.56+. You either have to downgrade your PS3 using an E3 flasher or Progskeet to 3.55 then install a CFW like Rebug's 4.46.1. You can also try to find a hacked PS3 on ebay or amazon and such. The kiosk firmware isn't really a jailbreak. It does include install .pkgs option but it DOESN'T WORK. You can only bypass Game updates for games like MW2 so you can join hacked lobbies.
