All i need to know is preety much how to switch back to CEX when im on 4.50 DEX. That way i can downgrade to 3.55 on CEX and just upgrade to 4.50 OFW

you need your dex and your cex .norbins.
once you have these you go into your FW client manager and rewrite target id in flash and switch LVL 2 kernals.
you should then be on cex but from what i know you can go from any firmware to the latest OFW fw easy just by putting in on USB in the correct folders and going to ps3 setting update from HDD.

Did you figure this out yet? Because I'm trying to do the same thing and I can't use the "rewrite target ID in flash" option on 4.50 DEX! It says I need to install REBUG REX EDITION!!
