no. only cfw.

companies like xploder/gamegenie im sure would of been sued by now but xploder has had their program our for many years. even since ps1 i think

It's not likely on PS3 and Xbox 360, but is possible. If you doing it on PS4 there might be a high chance, but I have no clue.
