I heard that I would need to downgrade my ps3 to a 3.55 then jailbreak it and I cant find a way to do that anywhere. If someone could give me links on how to do all this from downgradeing and jaillbreaking and how to use and get a RTE that be awesome. If not well IDK nothing i can really do. Much appreciated in advance to anyone that is willing to help me out.

1. You need an E3 Flasher. IDK how much they cost depending on where you live.
2. You can't get a RTE. It is called "Real time editing". You need to be on DEX to use RTM Tools. But you can be on CEX to RTE.
3. Don't try installing 4.50 CFW on your 4.50 OFW PS3. It won't let you, because you need 3.55 CFW in order to install it.
4. I suggest buying a 3.55 OFW PS3 on eBay, and then installing 4.50 HABIB/Rogero CFW on it.
