I know with QA flag you are able to downgrade but when do you enable it. Im thinking about installing a higher version of Rebug but maybe one day ill want to downgrade. Do i have to install Rebug 3.55.3 and enable QA Flag from there or can i just go from OFW 3.55 to the higher Rebug and enable QA Flag like that?

You have go to a CFW before you can qa flag. I went from 3.55 OFW to 3.55.4 CFW. Then installed QA Toggle, enabled the qa, then went on to 4.50 Rogero cfw. You only have to toggle once bro, then you're free to upgrade/downgrade as you please. Hope this helps mate!

I've seen the QA Toggle as a pkg that you can install via install package files and then i've seen it in the rebug toolbox. Will both methods work?

Yes both methods do work. But qa flag inside the rebug toolbox only stays enabled as long as you're on rebug. So for instance if you wanted to go to DEX, and you used rebug, you have to stay on rebug as long as you do the downgrade or upgrade. And if you just install QA Toggle through the pkg that you mentioned, it will always work. So my advice, go to 3.55.4 CFW, then install QA Toggle, enable, then your good forever. That way you can upgrade to either CEX or DEX, whichever you prefer.
