just recently i had got on my ps3 (DEX 4.50 PS3ita), and as i try to make a new/existing account, it comes up with a message saying "the connection to the server has timed out."

I'm honestly clueless on why this is happening, any help would be much appreciated. thank you in advanced.

(sorry if this has been posted before, i looked around the threads and didn't see anything regarding this)

Also, i have tried many things to get this to go away. I have Restored Default settings, Restored PS3 system (quick format and full format), connected to router via ethernet (connection is 100%), Restored file system, and Rebuilt Database

Turn off your Internet for 5 Minutes it will fix it

change the np environment in debug settings to np.... it might be on int-sp

im having this issue, tried the np thing with no luck im confused as fuck HELP

got to debug setting and change option ''np environment'' to ''np'' only this
