I bought it with intentions to mod MW3 modded classes and COD Ghosts mini gun modded classes. I come from being a JTAG modder so i dont really know a hole lot about Jailbroken ps3's. Im sure i can learn pretty easily. I want to take my 3.55 ofw to 4.50ita. Well at least thats what i think id like to do. Im not really wanting to host online quite yet. I would like to try in private match and what not lol just to let me get the feel of things. Will 4.50 ita allow me to do that? If not could you refer me to a CFW/DEX/CEX that will? and how to apply it? Thanks for reading! please help me if you could! Smile

you wanna go from 3.55 OFW to 3.55.4 REX

DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE HERE - You must login or register to view this content.

once you have downloaded 3.55.4 REX you will need to get your USB

Make a folder in root of USB called PS3 , and a folder in PS3 called UPDATE

Once this is done rename the 3.55.4 FW to PS3UPDAT.PUP and put into the folder UPDATE

Now go to your PS3 and put usb in (right slot) go into setting system update and update from storage device wait for it to finish.

System will restart then you will need to get from CEX to dex .

You will need rebug toolbox for this get this from the same website as the firmware (REBUG TOOLBOX)

Install this by putting on root of usb install package files ....

Once installed run the program ......

Now you need to get your CEX and DEX norbins TUT here - You must login or register to view this content.

You should now be on DEX and all you need to do is go to this website - You must login or register to view this content.

Download ita 4.50 DEX and use same method we did to install 3.55.4 REX and walla done :p
