I believe not. Have been reading and looks like we have to downgrade to 3.55 using 9.99fw spoofer with QA flaggs on and then upgrade to 4.50 dex of your choice, but don't take my word for it I too am considering changing my 4.50 cex to dex.

ACTUALLY you can now RTE with cex
