I want to be able to play this game online and I will be playing these games through PSN patch tool before I go online. Thank you,

Pkgs install under the XMB and you won't be able to mount the game through multiman. I haven't done this but I believe you can just run PSNPatch and do the whole deleting thing and then afterwards run the game.
