YEah like Turk_Warrior said you need to add more pressure onto the clip. This is what I'm talking about when I say add pressure

When I did this I stacked loads of pennies and did the case up really tight

use coin over the clip method, remove more plastic from a part because its probably hitting another resistor

I did this as well but kept getting that stupid ass error 10001100, so of course had to remove the case again fix the clip and the pennies. I had to do this over and over and over. So go that tired of that and decide to do this. Worked like a charm.
I think 3 pennies is the max adding more will make it really difficult to close with the metal casing.

Need to file down the sides where the resistors are at. I'll look for a pic and post it when I find it
Yeah, the book thing always works for me =0)
Yeah, I saw your pic and that one dump looks good. Did you also check with Nor Inspector?
Keep getting dumps until you get a few good one. Once your start flashing please please if you get this error:
10001111 Failed to write/erase PS3 BIOS Don't turn off the ps3, just press the reset button on the e3 flasher which is the red button underneath the esata port connection. SO reset and then add more pressure or fix the clip, and yes while PS3 is on. And try again to reflash.
If you turn off the ps3 after this error: 10001111 and turn on the ps3 afterwards you will get a semi-brick!!!
