ok i got it out of the loop, i think i just need more detail after patching the dump, one video says keep the first switch up and yours says keep them all down so i dont know which one will keep me from what happened last time

the first switch only goes up if you have the nor tristate solder to the SBE or to the GND.
If you don't then it is all switches down mate!
If anything reformat the HDD or Restore PS3 system before you do the reflashing again

yeah i did exactly what you told me and same thing ended up happening, what about the last switch up cause all down isnt putting me back in the ps3 menu when i turn it on after the flash

did you go into safe/recovery mode and install Rogero 3.55 downgrader?

I can't bc each time I'll flash it with my patched dump it asks for 4.60 and won't take any other

Well now it just turns off and blinks red so I think I need to replace the thermal paste

you're turning it on and seeing that screen which is normal when you use a different ps3 flash tool on 4.60. Please PLEASE PLEASE go into SAFE/RECOVERY MODE and install what I've telling you too. I really don't know how else to explain this to you bro!!!!
