my old ps3 got this has to do with hard drive you need to reformat it with refus on a pc and you need a sata cable
wikips3 dev helped me its a pain, also might need to be reflashed.

What caused the Blue Screen?
- I tried to reset the PS3 with TargetManager

What I tried:
- Connecting to TargetManager with no success
- Rebuild DataBase in Recovery Mode with no success (It was 1 hour "preparing")

CFW?
- PS3ITA 4.50

Pull the hard drive out, Turn PS3 On, It will give you some message turn ps3 back off, put hard drive back in, go back into recovery mode delete all data, should work.
