if you "disable" cfw using psn patch your really just pretty much hiding that your on cfw, and you can "enable" cfw again by rebooting your console

So just turn it off and on?

yup and yea u just gotta disable cfw then sign in, if you want to keep your id from getting banned you can use a public id and/or when u get into multiplayer on the game u playing you can use control console by entstone and change you id to 000000000000000000000000000000000 to help prevent your id or the one u using from getting banned
