So, I am an English guy who lives in Guangzhou China atm and was struggling to get hold of some new games to play for my ps3.

I found a chinese guy who sells gaming consoles and peripherals and he jail broke my PS3 for me. Things are going sweet, I couldn't be happier. Loving the JB.
I have a few n00b questions though..

I am using MM v4.53 but don't know if its rogero fware or debug or any of that stuff i read you guys talking about?
How do I check for this?

Also, Accessing the PSN to enable updated game data on 4.53? Whats the easiest and securest way to do this? I have a spoofer downloaded but don't want to f*ck things up? Are there any 'safe' options available?

Any possibility of getting ps2 or ps1 games or files to boot now my PS3 is JB? I have all the snes games under the sun but would love to play a bit of hogs of war

Anyway, I have bored myself already tbh so i will leave it there
