Ive bought PS3 from my friend (3rd try will work lol) and its CECH 2503A. I have looked at the master custom firmware thread and it says that it comes with either 3.50 or 3.60 and that i cant go on 3.55 or i will brick.

When i did minimal version check it showed that minimal version is 3.40.

Can I downgrade it to 3.55 without bricking? Can i then convert it to DEX safely? Its my third PS3 and i dont want to brick it like the last ones.
