aswell as my unlock and lock green light does not turn on what so ever? anyone know any fix?

10001100 is because the clip is no properly clipped on the chip

is either because the clip is not properly seated correctly onto the chip, the TF coverboard not pushed into the e3 flasher, or the end of the ribbon is not attached correctly onto the actual e3 flasher
