u can buy a 3.55 ps3 off of ebay and jb it ur self there is tons of tuts on ngu

if theres selling for JB, then that would be from people who already jailbroke theirs and they sell it. mostly in stores are not JB, they in OFW state. So, in short you just have to buy the OFW one, then JB it yourself

Don't buy it from store because they aren't going to have a PS3 that is that old that it is still on "jailbreakable" firmware. They update the firmware when they ship it out to stores. So all of the PS3s will be OFW 4.3+ when you need 3.55. You could buy one from store and get an E3 flasher and downgrade but its probably easier to buy off eBay. There will be a premium because they are pretty rare though.
