you can RTM without DEX. What you need is CCAPII. console control by Enstone. Look it up on google. ALso look up how to attatch it to your ps3 and PC. Then you can look up RTM tools for whichever game you want to Mod.

Search youtube the vid is called "CEX 2 DEX" and after you do everything in the vid download 4.46 rebug cfw(DEX) then PS3ita 4.50 (DEX) then spoof it to 4.55 (should be a tutorial on here or youtube)
