And would i need a fix if i want to get other people to use it ? Call of duty was just an example im really trying to do it with ALL SKATE 3 DLC's

u mean u downloaded a dlc from psn store and want to transfer them from cfw to ur pc so that u can share with ur friends ??

u go to this location and download the dlc folder to pc and share with ur friends... also give them edats so that they can activate them and use...

hdd0/game/BLxxxxxxx(ur gamme region)/usdir/dlc

u can see the dlc folder here with all the dlc's u have for that game....
