Download Rogero 4.50 V1.01 CEX, then spoof your ps3, there's a 4.55 Spoofer PKG on YouTube, it's there

Nope, all long as u have PSNPatch and disable CFW, then it's safe to go online, NEVER GO ON HOMEBREW WHEN SIGNED IN, SONY WILL DETECT IT, that's why u always disable CFW from PSNPatch(when signed off) then its safe to sign in. Make sure there is no disc inside ur ps3 when updating Smile

Switch to DEX, then install PSita 4.50. Done.

No. If you use PSNope to disable sys cfw calls an spoof idps and delete history you wont. I dont understand why people are asking for stuff on CEX and that they cant get online because of a new firmware. Its simple just switch to
DEX and all your problems will be solved
