I can give you a basic checklist to see if you have everything right;

DEX

- Download and install SNSystems Target Manager and Debugger

- Have a PS3 on DEX

- Have debug settings correctly (environment, system boot mode and single network setting)

- Make sure your PS3 is connected to a router via Ethernet

- Debugged Eboot on the game you are playing

CEX (with CCAPI)

- CCAPI pkg installed on PS3 and on PC

- Know your PS3s IP address and connect through Enstone's app.

- If you can do that then it is the same IP address to connect through all other tools with CEX compatibility.

You can use CCAPI on DEX but there is no real point if you are already on DEX.

Have you run the ccapi app after installed the ccapi pkg? To install the ccapi?

Do you possibly have skype?

To install the pkg you just run it and click yes then it will install and reboot. Then get your IP from your network settings and then you should be able to connect through the pc program
