work if i brought a E3 Flasher Clip suit as it says "for programming nand and nor ps3s"??

Unfortunately, E3 NOR flasher will not downgrade NANDs sorry. It was false advertisement on there part. You would need a Progskeet or Tensy to downgrade bro
