im downgrading my PS3 (OFW 4.50 | CECH-2504B) and need help.
Im doing it like in this TuT:

I stuck at STEP 2: All switchers down exept the third one.
After my PS3 loaded up, and the HDD Light stopped blinking, i pressed 'start' on my Flasher.
After a while the 1,5,6 Light started to blink..
I searched in Google for what it stands for when the 1,5,6 Lights are Blinking (10001100).

" 1 0 0 0 0 1 1 0 Failed to erase NOR in E3 Check E3 Linker Pads / Reattach ribbon on E3 - It is not on properly. "

But im sure the E3 Clip is very good on the PS3 Mainboard.

If your getting that error 10001100 it is because the clip is not making good contact with the chip. I would try to add some piece of cardboard between the clip and the fan. This will apply pressure onto it.
