Just like many Rebug users I was looking for 4.55 Spoofer that will work on Rebug 4.46.1 D-Rex and I found one. Check the video below and follow the steps. It is working fine and I have zero issues so far. According to the developer, that spoofer works for both CEX & DEX but it is ONLY for Rebug 4.46.1.

Ignore it, it always says that on ITA for everyone. Trust me you're on DEX.

already have ita manager and i have to restore each time i turn the ps3 on to allow me online anyway but i changed to rebug mode and still nothing

its shows 4.46, that's alright but you can still go online with restoring CID . You have to restore CID each time it's part of DEX.
