If I download a DLC, or Online Pass or a game, (Currently going to do The new Left Behind DLC). If I play online with a download online pass or have download DLC, does it put me on a red flag? Can sony see that I'm using a non-bought version if I'm online playing it? Thanks.

Sony watch everything so be careful anyway. From your post I'm guessing you don't tend to sign in? If you sign in with a CFW no matter how you got the DLC they will flag you for being online with a CFW PS3. They won't care about not paying for the DLC they will just ban you for playing online.

So in the end, no they can't see your using an illegitimate copy of Left Behind, but yes they will flag you for being online with CFW

I only sign in when I'm playing a game or something like that. I have 2 PS3's so one with CFW and one on OFW. I use a different account on my CFW PS3. So I do my regular business on my OFW PS3 but when I do something like play Left Behind on my CFW since I don't have it legit on my OFW I use my CFW. I use PsnPatch when I go online to block them from seeing that I'm on CFW so thats why I was curious about being online using a DLC when signed in. Thanks for the info.

No problem There are a few tools lying around that can reduce the risk of Sony seeing you online and if you end up being banned there is a site that release console id's every 3 or so hours (PM for the link)

If you have CCapi installed on PS3 you can change your console id in 2 seconds from your computer so don't even need to use a USB or Loader
