Go to this thread and download the package file:

Then once you have downloaded it, put the .pkg file to the root of your USB, once thats done unplug your USB from your computer and put the USB on the right USB slot of your PS3 (closest to the disc drive) then go to install package files, its on the XMB Menu and install it. It should restart your PS3. Once restarted you can now use the CCAPI option on rtm tools. To uninstall the .pkg just run the package file again and it will uninstall from your PS3. And make sure you're never signed in when accessing homebrew apps as Sony will ban your console id. I suggest you download PS Ninja V4.0 as that clears your homebrew app history. Google it and you should fine the .pkg. Do the same thing to install it like you did with the CCAPI package file.

i have already been to that thread downloaded and installed but when i open it it is saying it wont work on firmware 4.55 do i need to downgrade or not

what CFW are you on ???

it says 4.55 cex

go to any other cfw except 4.55 or 4.53 because ccapi does not work on cfw greater than 4.50 and then just install a spoofer
