Since your on 3.55 OFW CEX To go to Dex youll have to first convert

i am a noobie at this so im not sure what im doing really. i have a friend who is going to help me with it when the ps3 gets here. its in shipping manifest right now so id say tomorrow or the next day. ive heard that CEX has less features and is less compatible with many modding tools so ive always thought i should use DEX?
