first make sure your on 3.55 then you can use HABIB & ZERO 4.55 cfw or Regore 4.55 cfw next make sure you have usb then make ps3 folder in caps then another folder called update put that folder in ps3 folder then go into the update folder then drag drop the
PS3UPDAT.PUP make sure both folders are in caps and you put the pup in the UPDATE FOLDER then after go you ps3 go system update then update by media storage Dooooooooooooo Not CLICK INTERNET ONE BTW MAKE SURE THE FILE CALLED PS3UPDAT.PUP hope this helps :p
