ProDG target manager only works on DEX firmwares, and CCAPI (the thing used to RTE on CEX) is not currently supported on 4.55.

Yea i figured that out Jaja but still when I use prodg on rogero 4.50 it doesn't find it, I've followed every instruction and it won't find my ps3

I wasn't aware you could use ProDG on a CEX console, even with CCAPI. I've never tried to RTM on CEX since I tend to always switch my consoles straight to DEX. I'll look through some tutorials for you and see what I can find.
