Is the program for DEX only? Are you on CEX or DEX? It may just be an issue with the program itself. Also make sure you have the correct eboot and stuff. I have seen similar errors before when running tools.

Im cex, but i believe these work with cex soo also its doing this on most of them this comes up when i try to connect

You do have CCAPI installed on the PS3 correct? And is this program compatible with CCAPI? If you could send us a link to the program that may help me out.
