I have tried going to folder options and ticking hide file extensions. But it's still saying it? :/

make sure eid_root_key.bin is named EXACTLY like that.

can u take a screenshot of your C2D Folder? make sure theres no extra .bin
and make sure extension of known file types is UNCHECKED AND saved.
