Packages i have are PsNinja, Ps3Ita Manager, Multiman

My Ps3 is connected via Wlan.

My Question are what do i need to do to go online
and play mw3 for example with Project Memories?

i have enough console id's

SN Systems, ProdG, a console ID, and a brain. Once you can connect with Target Manager, you put a DEBUG Eboot in the update folder's USRDIR folder of MW3, or whatever game you are modding. Then, go online, Connect and Attach with the modding program you are using.

Yes, but make sure your Debug Settings are correct.

They are correct but Target Manager dont find my ps3

Make sure you have the correct IP set in Target Manager, and make sure in your ethernet settings you enable sharing the connection so it can be bridged by the ps3.
