Post: Internet sharing problems windows 7?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); OK im on 4.46 rebug CEX and im trying to use my pc Windows 7 to RTM/RTE. I'm using a usb internet adapter and have a ethernet cord from pc to ps3. I have already enabled sharing on my pc but when i try connecting my ps3 using easy settings it keeps saying "The attempt to obtain an ip address timed out" could somebody please help me out?

Go to Change adaptor Settings, go to your Network and select Properties , In Networking Tab, Select Internet Protocol Version 4. In the General tab, select use the Following DNS Server, Put your Default Router ip only for Preffered DNS Server then Save and Exit.

I did those steps as you told me but when i entered the default router id the internet connection stopped working and said "The dns server isn't responding"
