(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so i have downgraded a lot of ps3's but today i did not toggle qa before downgrading, actually I selected toggle qa but i did not have the bd drive hooked up and I was left with a black screen. After i rebooted the light went from green to yellow for a couple seconds then turned off.

I soldered the tristate to grnd and reflashed my original backup dump and then unsoldered the tristate to ground. I then continued to the downgrade process.

Now my ps3 turns on with no audio or picture and yes i reset the video. I repeated the downgrade process with the same result no screen or audio.

I switched hdd and all. Cant seem to figure out what happened i use e3 flasher fsm method. and use this Rogero_3.55_v3.7_PS3UPDAT

can someone provide the steps i need to take?

i think wot happened to u was u tried going to 3.55 0r official? Wud help with more info but it happened to me in the past, i tried going from tht exact same pup to kmeuw 3.55 and it seemed all ok but then wen it re-booted i got the black screen. Wot i shudv dun 1st was qa flagged then used rogeros 999 downgrade pup to get to 3.55 then i shudv continued on to kmeuw?! Wen flashing always validate ur dumps before proceeding and make 3 dumps and compare!!! Then use the most recent 1 if all is well. In regards to u reflashing ur original dump after a solder fix, u may need to patch ur original dupm 1st before reflashing it. There are many programmes out there to do so and a guy named mpk24 has the kit to do so just google it bro n gud luck hope u figure it out...

Restore to your valid dump then it should be all good

Tried that using a few methods still get black screen with tri state soldered.

when mine black screened i just flashed without tristate soldered....all good after
