put a disc on the ps3 and try again.
while in multiman press SQUARE on the game youre trying to play and enable BD mirror and set permissions.

then try using /app_home/PS3_GAME after multiman sends you back to XMB

Download the newest version from: You must login or register to view this content. then once you backed up the game or through your usb click SQUARE in multiman on the game and select BD Mirrow and Internal/External
