First off bud this is in the wrong section, secondly what firmware is your playstation 3 on? What firmware are you trying to install?

I just bought a 3.55 off of eBay but when I go into recovery mode it says I need to download 4.50 or higher

And I tried to do 3.55 rebug

And yea I tried all the rebug sand it says the data is corrupted..

I tried both ways and both say it's corrupted

This is strange, I suggest backing everything up on your flash drive you want to keep, then make sure theres nothing but the PS3/UPDATE on your flash drive. Make sure its Formated to FAT32, also try Quick Format on your playstation 3 and retrying the procedures both XMB and Recovery mode. Message me when you're finished
