How do i Un consoleBan from ghosts servers on cfw reger 4.50 cex PLEASE HELP

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); so i was playing ghosts and i got booted of th severs and when i tried to reconnect it said something like "your console has been permantly banned from cod ghosts servers" i tried to change my console id and it still says the same message

i am on a jailbroken ps3 so any help wll be really good thanks Happy
