Console Ban from Ghosts? Youll need to Change your Console ID. Possibly Your mac too, Just in case.

Macs can be changed to whatever value, but you need a valid console ID in order to play online.

You will need to change your Console ID to a working one that isn't banned from Ghosts which in any case, will be a private Console ID. Your MAC address doesn't matter and neither does your PSID. :p
