YOu can RTM with CEX on 4.50 and but cannot with the newest CFW using CCAPI.
I meant to say it is way easier with DEX and mostly all tools are better on DEX.

From what I know, you cannot dump your EID root key from 4.46. You will either need to dump it on 3.55 or 4.50.

But, if you have dumped your eid root key previously, either on 3.55 or 4.50......then yeah you can finish the conversion on 4.46 Rebug Rex.
